Online assessments provide immediate feedback to the user regarding their progress and explanations for common errors.
Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
For organizations with the budget, time and staff to offer it, ILT provides an opportunity for student collaboration, a hands-on environment for practice, and immediate assistance from an instructor. Synaptis develops classroom materials, such as training guides and job aids, and provides supplemental instructors when needed.
When an instructor is required but students are geographically dispersed, application sharing and traditional teleconferencing can be used to create a virtual classroom.
Online Reference Tools
In addition to traditional help-desk support, Synaptis creates online help solutions that are comprehensive, simple to use and centrally maintained. These tools are fully indexed, available 24/7, and use standard browser navigation to provide relevant instructions, demonstrations and simulations. Synaptis uses industry-standard tools in the development process to enable clients to add, delete or edit content in house.
Job aids serve as quick reference for students back on the job. For users who prefer paper, job aids are delivered in an easy-to-print Adobe PDF file. A combination of graphics and text helps users visualize and retain the instructions or reminders associated with the document.
Learning Management System (LMS)
The Synaptis LMS is designed to administer a learning program by delivering content and monitoring student participation. The LMS dynamically delivers a personalized curriculum to each student and tracks assessment scores for all completed courses. Custom reports are sorted by learner, course or curriculum and provide empirical data to track performance and compliance indicators.
