Chigaco, Ill. — Ceridian, a provider of managed human resource solutions that maximize the value of people, has been recognized in Forbes Magazine’s Fall 2004 ‘Best of the Web’ issue in the competitive human resources category. Forbes ‘Best of the Web,’ released as part of a special B2B Web edition of the publication, acknowledges industry-leading, best-in-class online solutions that help companies enhance their business practices and competitive advantage. Ceridian announced its inclusion in the Forbes guide at the 7th Annual HR Technology Conference & Expo in Chicago.
This is the second consecutive year that Ceridian has been recognized in Forbes Magazine’s Fall ‘Best of the Web’ issue. Forbes specifically commended Ceridian for strategic moves in 2004 that have given the company “more depth, taking it beyond its core abilities of payroll and benefits administration.” Forbes also cited Ceridian’s acquisition of Recruiting Solutions International (RSI), a leading provider of Web-based recruiting and workforce management software, as well as its commitment to ongoing training and development for end-users via Ceridian University.
“We are delighted to receive Forbes ‘Best of the Web’ recognition two years in a row. This award underscores our ability to provide HR solutions that will change the world of work and to develop strong relationships with our customers,” said Robert H. “Bo” Ewald, president of Ceridian Human Resource Solutions.
