Miami, Fla. -- Burger King Corporation has appointed James McLaughlin to the position of Vice President of Training. Mr. McLaughlin will report directly to Jim Hyatt, Senior Vice President, U.S. Franchise Operations.
In his new role, McLaughlin will lead the formulation of training policies, programs and schedules for Burger King Corporation that encompass change and learning management, business culture alignment and performance development. McLaughlin will also determine future training requirements and strategies to support business priorities related to restaurant operations.
"Jim has successfully implemented large-scale organizational transformations in his well-rounded career and we are excited to have him on-board during our brand turnaround," said Jim Hyatt.
Mr. McLaughlin has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries and has worked for Fortune 100 companies including Kroger, Marriott and General Electric.
